We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes:
- Store information (domain and plan)
- Account credentials (email)
- Communications with our support team
- Usage data related to image generation and virtual try-ons
- Shopper session data: an anonymous session ID, browser and device information (user agent), and approximate location (city, country) derived from the IP address at the time of the try-on
- Virtual try-on activity: which products were tried on and conversion events (e.g. add-to-cart, purchase) linked to that session
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Virtual Try-On services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services
3. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. All communications between your store and our servers are encrypted via SSL, and data at rest is encrypted by our database provider. Shopper photos are processed solely to generate the virtual try-on result and are not stored by MirrorLook.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the service, including cloud infrastructure and payment processors. All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Retention & Uninstallation
You can update or correct your account information by logging into your dashboard. Uninstalling MirrorLook from your store immediately stops all data collection and triggers automatic deletion of your store data and associated shopper records from our systems.
6. Data Storage Location
All data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you have questions about data residency, please contact us at support@mirrorlook.app.

- Right to rectification: you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your data at any time
- Right to portability and objection: you may request your data in a portable format or object to certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mirrorlook.app.
